  • cup of ground almonds
  • cup of ground oatflakes
  • 2 cups of frozen strawberries
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 tablespoons of peanut or almond butter (optional)
  • 3-4 cup of oat milk



Place all the ingredients into a blender, add more oat milk (depending on how thick and dense you like it) and blend until smooth.
