You might be wondering how I made all these underwater videos that I posted on the Instagram!? Here is the story behind these videos ;). My lovely humans got me a lovely, personal submarine that lets me swim like a dolphin, without getting wet. How cool is that?
First we went kayaking to find a small abandoned island. As you can imagine, kayaking is not that easy for a small bear like me, so humans’ help was much appreciated ;). While my humans rowed, I was relaxing in the sun as I needed to rest and prepare for my big adventure. After a while we arrived to a perfect, secret island, I put on my new T-Shirt, ate some vegan chocolates for energy and I was ready to go.
Humans did the last technical check before I went into the submarine and suddenly I was like a dolphin, playing and swimming all around. At one moment I noticed a spot at the bottom of the sea that was perfect to “park” my little submarine so I dived right to it. When I arrived there I really enjoyed the view and saw many different sea creatures. There was one cute little fish, Lilo, she was pretty curious what I am doing down there and decided to take a closer look. We shared our stories and became friends.
As usual when you’re having fun, the time went by so quickly and all of a sudden one giant hand pulled me to the surface. Hihi, of course, that was my human, we needed to go home as it was getting darker :). All in all, it was an amazing experience that I’ll remember for the rest of my life.
For the end of this story I’d like to share an important message that I got from my new friend Lilo:
Please don’t throw plastic bags and garbage into the sea or an ocean! Also every time you go to the beach try to collect a few pieces of plastic or garbage you find there and take it to the dedicated disposal. Try to educate your family and friends to do the same.
